Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during busy gifting seasons.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — $8.00
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — $15.00
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
Personalized & Custom Orders
Items that are personalized or made to order may require additional processing time. Any special requirements will be noted on the product page.
