Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@heartandgrace.net with your order number and reason for return.

Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@heartandgrace.net with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange non-personalized items for a different size or color when available. Email us to arrange an exchange.
